Retreat Programme

The intention for our retreats is for the workshops and sessions to refresh and restore you as you make time and space for yourself. We hope that you will feel encouraged and inspired as you leave from your time here. The ‘program’ below outlines the general flow of the weekend. Times are flexible and fluid to the needs to the group.

Friday:

 Arrival from 3:30pm with free time to settle in, explore and get to know other guests

 5:00pm - Welcome and Introductions

 5:30pm - The Power of Intention; Yoga Movement and Stillness

 7:00pm - Evening meal

 

Saturday:

 7:30am - Nature's Rejuvination; Yoga and Meditation

 9:00am - Breakfast

 10:00am - Workshop with Penny

 12:30pm - Lunch

 1:30pm – 3:30pm - Free time

 3:30pm - Optional; Qoya

 5:00pm  - Whole foods cooking demo

 6:30pm - Evening meal

 8:30pm - Optional; Star Gazing

 

Sunday:

 6:30am - Optional; Welcome the Morning Sunrise

 7:30am - Shining Light Yoga and Meditation

 9:00am - Brunch

 10:30am - Workshop with Penny

 11:30am - Reflection and next steps

 12:00pm - Retreat Close

 

All activities are optional. You are welcome to explore during your free time. There are a variety of fantastic local walking tracks at your doorstep. Or relax at the house with your journal, a colouring book or puzzle, or browse through our eclectic range of books and magazines.
