spaciousness

‘make space for wellness’ is a tagline that I have often used in my business. space for our minds to wonder. space for our spirit to rise. space to tune in and listen for guidance. for me, it is always a work in progress!

the month of August has been ‘full’ - logistics, planning, travel - at times it feels like an endurance race! but with winter sports coming to an end, the schedule is beginning to feel a little lighter. as spaciousness starts to appear, it is tempting to ‘fill’ the calendar back up. to generate another ‘to do’ list.

my challenge is to claim that space for you. for nothing in particular. for a gentle walk. a sit in the sun. for lying in bed looking at the ceiling. for resting, dwelling, and being curious as to what emerges. there is magic in the expansion that comes.
